When we talk about a wedding, we talk about a special day, a day to remember for the rest of your life. Every detail counts, and music is the icing on the cake for a perfect day.

What can I offer you?

I offer you my experience, having become a professional DJ in 1992.

I will be at your service to help you with anything you are unsure about and will use my experience to answer any questions you may have about music (and non-musical matters too, which is no trouble at all). I know how reception halls, maitre d’s, wedding planners, musicians and orchestras, ceremonies, appetizers, banquets, dancing, and, above all, guests work. I am familiar with all the protocols that apply to weddings, although I still get surprised from time to time in this regard!

I offer a completely personalized service. You can tell me your preferred styles, eras, specific songs… both those you want to be played and those you want to be banned, and you can make changes right up until the last minute.

With all my experience, I am familiar with a wide range of musical styles (I still get surprises here too!). Rock, Heavy Metal, Punk, Pop, Indie, Techno, Trance, Dance, Machine, Disco, Blues, Soul, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Ska, Reggae, Deep House, House, Hip Hop, Samba, Salsa, Reggaeton, Bachata, Cumbia, Merengue, Mambo, Sevillanas, Pasodoble, Tango, Waltz, Classical… and I’ll stop there.

My slogan is “No labels: Be water my friend.”

And now, to finish selling myself… I read the dance floor. Before the disco starts, I will have already gauged the age range, nationalities, and party spirit of the guests. Once the disco has started, I will constantly observe the body language and reactions of the guests in order to decide which songs to play next so that the maximum number of people enjoy themselves, always taking into account what we have discussed previously. When the audience is diverse, as is often the case at weddings, knowing how to read these gestures and movements on the dance floor is key to achieving a wedding finale that you and your guests will remember forever.

In Barcelona

My usual work area is Barcelona and its surroundings within a radius of approximately 60 km.

But I don’t limit myself to this area and go wherever my clients want me to go.

Technical resources

I have the technical and human resources to cover all your wedding needs.

I can install sound systems for the ceremony, cocktail reception, banquet, and dance, along with lighting, all with separate equipment, thus avoiding the need to move equipment while guests are present. Speakers, microphones, wireless microphones, projectors, screens…

What do I need to be able to give you a quote?

I will need details of where, when, and how you will be celebrating your wedding, as well as the approximate number of guests.

Also, for example, please let me know if you need sound for the ceremony, if you want background music during the cocktail reception, if this will take place in a separate area, if the banquet and dancing will take place in the same area, if you will need a personalized remix to open the dance…

With this information, I will be able to give you an approximate quote.

What would the hiring process be like?

It would be through a quote/contract signed by both parties and a €50 deposit to reserve the date.

The rest of the quote would be paid by bank transfer and sending the bank receipt, or in cash, no later than the day of the wedding before the event begins.

In the event that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I am unable to attend your wedding day (I am self-employed, so this has not yet happened), I collaborate with a circle of event DJs who all know each other and work in the same way, all with years of experience behind them.

Although, I repeat, I have never missed a wedding, either as a DJ or as a guest!

What will the wedding day be like?

I will be attentive and on the ball as the different moments of your wedding approach. Your songs will be played at the place and time you have chosen. That way you can relax, at least as far as I am concerned, and enjoy your guests.

I will already know your musical tastes and those of your closest family members, but I will need to know the tastes of your guests. From the moment they arrive, I will be forming an idea of what the dance floor will be like and how it might evolve during the duration of your wedding disco, which will be tailored to your needs.

If the guests feel like requesting songs and I detect that a request is not in line with your tastes or plans, I will ask you.

So many positive things about me, right? It seems like I’m selling my services on this website…

If you want something negative… my English isn’t exactly conversational level, although I will also say that I have DJed at many, many events where the attendees were all non-Spanish speakers, and I’ve never had any problems.

Anyway, I’m rambling, but you won’t have to worry about anything on my part.
