That’s easy to answer; my name is Marian, I’m a female DJ and I live in Barcelona.
I was born in Badalona on Saturday, September 9, 1972, and grew up between Badalona and Calasparra, my mother’s hometown.
The daughter of separated parents and the eldest of three siblings, from a very young age, what I liked most was dancing. As soon as I could, I started sneaking into nightclubs, as I wasn’t old enough yet, so I could dance to my heart’s content.

Little by little, it became clear to me that when I grew up, I wanted to work with and for music.
I became a professional dancer and worked as a choreographer and dance and jazz teacher, but one day a slightly crazy friend asked me, “Do you know how to play a CD?” I said yes, and that same day I worked for the first time as a wedding DJ at a five-star hotel in Barcelona, the Hotel Majestic.

After that event, they called me to do more. In less than five months, I found myself traveling around Spain. I still feel the same excitement and nervousness I felt when I started at that hotel.

To date, I have spent more than 25 years working at corporate events, weddings, birthdays, and various parties, which have led me to DJ at venues such as:
Anexo del Palau Sant Jordi, Sala Vip del Palau San Jordi, Sala Oval MNAC, CCIB Barcelona, Cavas Codorniu, Sala Comillas, Cala Morisca, Utopia 126, Masia Egara, Can Mora, Forum Barcelona, Jardins de l’Hospital Sant Pau, La Caleta de sitges, Passatge Bcn, RBA, Museo Man, El rey de la Magia, Can Descregut, Poble Espanyol, Mirabe, Castell de Sant Marçal, Mas Pujol and Villa Bugatti.

In hotels such as Dolçe de Sitges, Fira Palace, Miramar, Arts, Juan Carlos I, Princesa Sofia, La Florida or shops such as Pinko, Swaroski, Shana, Louis Vuitton.

My usual area of work is Barcelona and its surroundings, but I go wherever I am needed. That is why I have also worked in places such as Athens, Sicily, Morocco (in a haima in the middle of the desert), Cordoba, Santiago de Compostela, Asturias, Seville, Malaga, Alicante, Andorra, Madrid, and Huesca.
