If you need a quote, the more you tell me about the event, the better. I am particularly interested in knowing the type of event (corporate, wedding, birthday, etc.), the date, the venue, and, if you need me to set up sound equipment, I will also need to know the number of attendees, the number of spaces to be covered by the sound system, and, if possible, their size.
